Tuna Casserole * 1 cup tuna, canned -- drained & flaked 1/2 cup milk 1 quart water 1 cup noodles -- uncooked 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup green peas 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup cream of celery soup 1 cup MontereyJack cheese -- grated 1 tablespoon butter or margarine Add 1 teaspoon salt to water and bring to a boil. Add noodles gradually so water does not stop boiling. Cook, uncovered (stirring occasionally to prevent sticking), for 10 minutes or until fairly tender.Drain in colander. Melt butter in skillet over low heat; add onion and cook until brown. Add soup, milk, tuna, peas, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and noodles. Pour into greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes. Serve hot in dish in which it was baked.
