Steamed Fish 1 fresh fish 1lb-1 1/2 lbs 3-4 green onions 8 soda crackers 4 slices of fresh ginger 3 tbsp of soya sauce 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil 1. Cut part of the off the onions for garnish use remainder (both white and greens) and place in the bottom of a large bowl 2.Place soda crackers over the onions and place fish over crackers 3.Slice ginger into shoe strings,place ontop of fish 4.Steam fish for approx.10 minutes or til tender 5.Heat oil and soya sauce in a small pan bring to boil and pour immediatley over fish aafter steaming is complete 7. garnish with chopped green onions ......ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
