Pickled Eggs* 3 tbs sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pickling spices 2 cups vinegar 2/3 cup water 12 - 16 peeled, hard boiled eggs Boil sugar, salt, pickling spices, vinegar and water about 8-10 minutes. Strain and pour over eggs. Let set in refrigerator 5 to 7 days. Makes 12 to 16 eggs.
