Dill Pickled Wieners 8 cups of water 8 cups of white vinegar 1 small red onion chopped finely 1/2 of a medium red pepper chopped finely 4 cloves of garlic minced Put water and vinegar,garlic,pepper and onion into a pot and boil on high for 15 minutes,then reduce heat and simmer for another 25 minutes.When done strain ingridents in a corriander catching the liquid in a separate container .Put your wieners into a sterilized jar or jars and pour in the liquid mixture and dill.Seal tightly -Ready to eat in 3days
