BBQ Scallops* 2 lbs of scallops 5 cubes of garlic ¼ cup of oil 1 large red onion 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. Pepper 4 tbsp. Butter 2 cups of white rice- 5 minute rice Wash scallops in cold water Dice red onions into ½ pcs. Place scallops into center of a double pcs. of tinfoil Add garlic ,onion ,butter salt, pepper ,olive oil , seal tightly with remaining foil, Place on grill and let cook for about 35-40 minutes. Cook rice ,when cooked carefully open foil and let ingredients cover top of rice
