Asparagus Parmesan* 16 stalks asparagus, cleaned and trimmed 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese salt and pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5 to 7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain. Melt butter in ovenproof pan. Add asparagus and saute for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, add salt and pepper, and bake for 2 minutes. Transfer to broiler and gratinee for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve.
